These terms apply to chatting with Bar Maroc restaurant on WhatsApp at +972 54-816-5885. By messaging us there, you agree to them.

The service

Most WhatsApp replies are written by an AI assistant on the restaurant's behalf. It answers questions about opening hours, the menu, bookings and events, and passes the conversation to the restaurant's staff when needed. Staff can join the conversation at any time.

Accuracy

We try to keep answers correct, but the assistant can make mistakes. Prices, the menu, opening hours and allergen information may change. If something matters to you, especially allergies, say so and the restaurant's staff will confirm.

Bookings and events

A booking or event is set only once the restaurant explicitly confirms it. Each booking's conditions, such as a deposit or cancellation, are the ones the restaurant gives you for that booking.

Fair use

Please don't send abusive, illegal or spam content. We may stop replying to a conversation that misuses the service.

Privacy

How we use your information is described in our Privacy Policy; to have it deleted, see User data deletion.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the restaurant is not liable for loss caused by relying on an assistant reply that staff did not confirm.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
